Before booking, please take a moment to read through my approach and the conditions I support to ensure that what you’re seeking help with sits within my clinical focus. This helps determine whether working together will be the right fit and I can support you in the most meaningful way. If you’re unsure whether I’m the right practitioner to support what you’re experiencing, the best place to start is with a discovery call. It’s a short chat where we can talk things through and you’re welcome to ask any questions.
If it has been over one year since your last appointment, or if your health concerns or overall health picture has changed significantly, you’ll need to book an initial consultation again so I can reassess your current health and provide care suited to where you’re at now.

My clinic is entirely online. Online consultations are a convenient format which allows me to connect with people across New Zealand. If you live in the Mount Maunganui / Tauranga area and would prefer to meet face-to-face, please contact me and we can discuss options.

Once you have booked in, I will send you an email with details on how to connect via video. Please ensure you are in a quiet and private space with strong internet when you join the consultation.

When you make a booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation cost. This policy respects my time and allows me to offer the appointment to someone on my waiting list. In cases of illness or emergency, please let me know as soon as you can and we can reschedule.

Dispensing your recommended supplements is simple and seamless. I use an online prescription platform that allows you to purchase any practitioner-only products I’ve prescribed directly through the personal link I will email to you. Once your order is placed, your supplements will be delivered straight to your door.

I completely respect that you may be seeking different care or a different approach to your health. My priority is always your health and wellbeing, and I am happy to have an open conversation with you about your options.
